EASY ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

1-2/3 Cups Evaporated Milk (1 tall can)
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Envelope Kool-Aid (any flavor)


D E L I C I O U S !

DIRECTIONS:

Chill evaporated milk in ice tray until almost frozen at edges. Also, chill a 1-1/2 quart bowl and egg beaters.

Put ice-cold milk into cold bowl, and with cold beaters, whip until fluffy.

Add 2/3 cup sugar and 1 envelope Kool-Aid.
Whip until stiff.

Freeze in a 1-quart ice tray until firm (3-4 hours).
