INGREDIENTS:
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice at room temperature
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
Cut chicken into serving pieces and place in shallow dish.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover dish with foil; refrigerate overnight.
Remove it from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Place chicken on hot grill 25 minutes on each side.
