RUBY POT ROAST
INGREDIENTS:
1-4 Pounds Meat
1 Small Can Cranberry Sauce
1 Tbs. Flour
1 Tbs. Sugar
Dash of Salt
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbs. Butter
Vegetables (if desired)
DIRECTIONS:
Brown meat in butter.
Stir flour in drippings.
Mash cranberry sauce.
Add water, a dash of salt, and sugar.
Pour mixture over meat.
Cook on low flame until tender, turning once.
Add vegetables to cook in juice if desired.
This makes a nice tasty brown gravy.
